My name is Francisco Lara and I’m going to tell you a little about my experience with intraocular lens surgery.

The truth is that before entering I was a little scared, although once I entered the operating room, both surgeon and assistants reassured me and explained in detail the process of the operation.

The operation doesn’t hurt because you are given local anesthesia, although you do feel some discomfort, but it passes quickly and is something you don’t regret because it is something for life.

After a few months you do not remember that you wear intraocular lenses, you make a normal life like other people.
